Aditivos para polímeros
Aditivos antiestáticos internos
Antistatic functionality introduced during polymer compounding and processing. Selection starts with the resin, the incorporation method and the requirements of the finished material.
Discutir su solicitudAntistatic function within the formulation
Internal antistatic additives become part of the material formulation during processing. The documented chemistry is used in polyolefin resins and selected styrenic materials, including SAN, ABS and HIPS.
Migration within the material can influence the development of antistatic behavior. Evaluate the finished material under conditions relevant to its intended use.
Incorporation and masterbatch use
Direct addition during twin-screw processing provides one incorporation route. In masterbatch formulations containing pigments or colored powders, the additive may also serve a dispersing function.
Choose the addition method and use level around the polymer formulation, equipment and required balance of properties.
Assess the finished material
Review antistatic behavior alongside appearance, transparency where relevant and mechanical properties. Include other additives in the compatibility assessment.
Share the resin type, pigment or filler content, processing method and target antistatic requirement to define a focused formulation trial.
