Gas Turbine Cleaners

Compressor cleaning formulations for gas turbines, selected around the wash procedure, fouling conditions and equipment requirements.

Discuss your application

Keep compressor cleaning focused

Deposits on compressor surfaces can affect airflow and turbine performance. Cleaning programs should consider the nature of the fouling, the existing wash system and the equipment manufacturer’s procedures.

Cestoil’s Turboclear portfolio includes concentrated water-based cleaning formulations and options for cold-weather washing. The selected product, dilution and water quality must be matched to the application.

Select for the wash arrangement

Online and offline washing have different operating and delivery requirements. Review the proposed formulation with the turbine’s approved procedure, material compatibility and wash-system capabilities.

Cold-weather suitability is a formulation-specific consideration. Confirm ambient conditions and the applicable product documentation rather than assuming that every cleaner has the same freeze protection.

Review performance over time

Track compressor performance before and after washing alongside ambient conditions, load and operating hours. Include wash frequency, deposit observations and inspection findings where available.

Use the comparison to refine the cleaning program. A product-family overview does not establish an equipment approval or a guaranteed recovery in output.
