Amines & Neutralizing Agents

The portfolio includes alkanolamines such as DEA and MDEA, alongside other amine-based components. These materials serve different roles as acid-gas absorbents, neutralizing ingredients or intermediates in formulated products.

Choose the chemistry around the process or formulation. A gas-treating solvent and a neutralizing component should not be assumed to have the same selection requirements.

For gas treatment, review the feed composition and the existing absorption and regeneration system. For formulations, consider the target pH, compatibility and the other ingredients in the blend.
