Glycol-based heat-transfer fluids

Fully formulated glycol-based fluids for closed-circuit data-center cooling, including technology loops serving cold plates, coolant distribution units and heat exchangers.

Discuss your application

Define the cooling circuit

The documented application is the secondary technology cooling circuit. Fluid circulates through the equipment loop and transfers heat across heat-exchange surfaces.

Selection starts with the loop arrangement, operating conditions and equipment requirements. This product category concerns closed-circuit fluid use; dielectric immersion cooling requires a separate fluid qualification.

Review fluid and material requirements

The documented formulations include organic acid corrosion-inhibitor chemistry and are supplied as finished heat-transfer fluids. Review freeze protection alongside the thermal and hydraulic requirements of the system.

Compatibility assessment should cover the specific metals, seals and plastics in the loop, using the equipment manufacturer’s requirements and relevant product information.

Plan fluid monitoring

Establish a commissioning baseline for pH, electrical conductivity and visual appearance. Changes can help identify contamination or conditions requiring investigation.

Include filtration and measures to prevent unintended mixing in the operating plan. Share the circuit design, temperature requirements, wetted materials and maintenance approach to begin a technical fluid review.

Discuss product selection

Share the application and operating or formulation requirements. We can provide the relevant product data sheet and safety data sheet for a selected grade.
