The product's role
Northshore MS9281 offers a mercaptan-focused liquid treatment route. The current PDS describes use in refined fuel, crude, residue and asphalt, and notes that mixing, temperature, viscosity, residence time and acidity influence dosage.
Plan an application evaluation
- Measure mercaptans and H₂S separately in a representative sample.
- Record the required copper-strip, odor or acidity outcome alongside the complete fuel specification.
